Late Policy

If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, the allotted time of the session may be reduced or canceled. The late arrival will still be held liable for the full price of the scheduled session.

Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please inform us with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel or reschedule withing 24 hours of your appointment, you will be liable for half the price of the scheduled session.

No Show Policy

If you give no notice and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be held liable for the cost of the entire scheduled session. If you choose to reschedule after a no show, a $35 dollar charge will be made upon scheduling that will go towards your upcoming appointment.

Session Termination

If, at any point during your massage, you show sexual behavior towards the therapist, the therapist has the right to terminate the session immediately. Sexual behavior includes but is not limited to sexual comments or innuendos, touching the therapist in any way (i.e. hand, hip, arm, etc.), and exposing yourself. If the session is terminated for inappropriate behavior, you will be held liable for the cost of the entire scheduled session.

Minors

All minors under the age of 16 are required to have a parent or guardian in the room for the full duration of every massage session. If your child is 16 or 17 years of age, we require a parent or guardian to remain in the room for the full duration of the recipient’s first massage. After the recipient’s first massage, a parent or guardian can be in the room for massage sessions but are not required to.

Gift Certificates

If you are paying for your massage session with a gift certificate, the gift certificate must be presented to the therapist to be validated after the session is over. If the gift certificate is not valid or you do not have it presently with you, you must pay for the session using another method (credit/debit card, apple pay, check, or cash). The gift certificate is labeled with a type of massage you may receive. The type of massage labeled on the gift certificate cannot be changed. If you would like to extend your session time past the amount of time indicated of the gift certificate, you will be liable to pay the difference.

Cupping Treatments

When you receive cupping, you understand and agree to the possibility of bruising and soreness due to the nature of the treatment. Therefore, the therapist cannot be held liable for any bruising or soreness you may experience. You are also responsible for communicating with the therapist if the cups are too tight so the therapist can adjust accordingly.

Hot Stone

Stones should be at a temperature comfortable to the client, so the client is responsible for informing the therapist if the stones are too hot. If the client does not inform the therapist of the stones being too hot, the therapist cannot be held liable for burning or skin sensitivity due to the heat of the stones.
